TUITION

Tuition is due charged per cycle. Tuition will automatically be processed on the cycle date due. Please view our tuition page for specific tuition dates by clicking here. There will be a $10 fee for any declined tuition payments.

CANCELATION POLICY

If you choose to end your enrollment, a 10 written notice must be sent to info@boxboroughgymnastics.com prior to the next cycle due date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

MAKE-UP POLICY

BGC offers make-up classes to any participant currently enrolled in class. All make-up classes must be approved in advanced by BGC staff in order for your child to participate. Make-ups will only be offered in classes that are not currently full as we cannot compromise the safety and quality of our classes. There will be no refunds or credits for missed classes. Please be advised, make-up tokens can not replace tuition and can only be used for a make-up class.

Trial Classes

Want to give a class at BGC a try? We offer trial classes to first time students. All families must create a family profile prior to trial.

How to prepare for class

To best prepare your child for class please review the following:

• Your child should arrive to class dressed in proper attire. They can wear a gymnastics leotard or a shirt and shorts/pants. We will ask children wearing socks to remove them during class to avoid slipping on mats and trampoline.
• Any student with hair longer than chin length must be pulled back and out of their face.
• Please have your children remove any jewelry and watches.
• Please remember to send your child with a water bottle! If you forget to pack one, we do have waters available for $1 cash.

Once you arrive to BGC please:

• Enter through the front door. If our garage door is open, please still use the front door for safety purposes.
• Continue down the hall to our lobby area.
• Children can place shoes on a tray and belongings in a cubby.
• Children should wait in the lobby area in the hallway or at the benches while they wait for the class to begin.
• Parents are welcomed to sit on our benches and view class if they wish to. There is no viewing from the hallways as this is a safety hazard.

Families with children under the age of 4 should stay in the building for the duration of their child's class.

PHOTOGRAPHY

NO flash photography allowed.

VALUABLES

Please do not leave valuables unattended. Boxborough Gymnastics Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Any items left will be donated. 

REFUNDS

Please know that registration is final and non-refundable. 

Health and Safety 

• Please know the children and staff’s health and safety is very important to us!
• To help keep everyone healthy please DO NOT send your child to class if they are experiencing any of the follow symptoms:
• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Congestion OR runny nose
• Sore throat
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea
